Fantastic customer service! Jim made sure our wheelchair was ready at our hotel front desk when we checked in and we just had to leave it there when we checked out. Our trip to Alien Con was made possible because we could rent the electric wheelchair. The hotel connected to the Convention Center by skywalk and it was possible to easily access every part of the Sheraton and the Convention Center. This was for a 6 foot 280 pound man and the chair was very comfortable and easy to use. The price for four days was extremely reasonable. When we got home I realized I had left a souvenir in the back pocket of the wheelchair. I called to see if it might still be there and Jim not only found it, he mailed it back to us! We give the Scooter Shop 10 Stars, an A+ and the Rose! Highly recommend ?

The owner of the Scooter Shop gave me prompt and efficient service when I explained to him that I had been having a long term battery problem with my four year old Pride Victory scooter and I was not getting good service from the dealer I bought it from. That was on Friday. Yesterday, Monday he had a new one delivered to me and is going to see what he can to to fix my old one. The young man who delivered it was right on time and could not have been more helpful. This is a company that knows how to service customers. I am most appreciative!!
